I ordered online for an international delivery and ran into some issues with the courier. The customer service at Ocean Nails were so responsive and helpful even though it was not their fault, my issue was literally fixed within a few hours. I ordered from here because they carried my favorite brand and I'll definitely be ordering more in the future.

I walked out with a headache, the lady the older lady is super annoying and rude, she walked by me hitting me really hard in my back with a box she was caring, didn't say excuse me or anything! Very rude. Do not recommend to shop here. They have prices in everything, once you get ring up they change the prices. Unprofessional, rude, and not covid safety.

There is no parking structure, unfortunately you will have to park on a busy major street. Due to clutter it is impossible for two or more people to walk through the entry/exit( ONLY ONE PERSON AT TIME). The store is extremely small and overstocked, making it difficult to shop with all of the items being so close to one another. Last but not least the staff barley speaks English.

Came for the first time this Monday with my daughter and she was touching everything!! As all toddlers do but the guy in charge was so nice and helpful! I will definitely be coming back! Prices are so good

They are only open for pick up. The last time I went which was 2 weeks ago the doors are blocked off. U have to place ur order online and pick up ur items
