Went in to open a business account was told they only work by appointments, didn’t offer to take down my info or anything. I set an appointment I arrive early and I am greeting by one woman after about 5mins and then another 5 mins another person says something. I am African American and don’t look typical but had I been there looking a certain way I’m positive the response would have been speedy vs having me sit there. Racism is real and still in effect.

It use to be A1 great service, however since mid last year when the guy manager left(I forgot his name)The black guy. The service has gone down hill fast. There is ALWAYS A LONG LINE, and a LONG WAIT. The staff are totally incompetent, and all they do is apologize for the inconvience with no resolution.

Bad worse service just bad unfriendly at less be nicer make they customers life harder very bad service got turn down Bc I try to cash out my check from work I’m not customers still treat me like it my fault my employee miss spelled my first name they wouldn’t accepted the miss spill name
