Although this particular location didn't have the vehicle of my choice, the customer service provided by Ms. Cynthia was top tier. She not only explained everything to me, she checked additional locations to try accommodate my family size! Enterprise you are lucky to have an individual that cares about ur clients needs and puts them first! Thank u for a great experience Ms. Cynthia I will back soon to rent :-)

I’m sure it’s not the staff’s fault but it’s almost impossible to get through to this branch. I’ve called several times and can’t get a representative. Worse still, enterprise plays the same highly annoying 30-second advertisement about how clean their cars are. A special type of torture that will affect my future rental decision.

I needed a last minute rental and they were able to assist my husband and I. There was a bit of a wait as the car of our choice was being cleaned and sanitized. We were offered a free upgrade as a result but declined, as we were in no hurry. I needed to extend the rental twice and they accommodated our needs. I will definitely be renting through them when needed.

I have been using them for over 10 yrs starting when they were located East of Normandie. They have a steady turnover of people, primarily due to promotions and reassignments. General the employees are well trained and give good service. If they are really good they will be gone fairly quickly. I have had no problems with any of them and the service has always been good!
sometimes they will have weekend specials, call them up to find out and classes of vehicles. also know that they can give you an upgraded vehicle if they run out of that class. looked on internet and their were coupons, but i have not used these discounts. airports or near airports may not have good discounts. there are a lot of enterprize options, so i have also used late return locations (like torrance or long beach), to return to save a day. may involve just dropping off.
Call and find out they should be able to let you know.
Just rent afaik. Call them though, to be sure.
