So...this water company falls in line with the Russians...this water company is full of oligarchs...but they are Americans....and they are the ones ripping off home owners, breaking our plumbing with high pressure coming from the streets....but you have a regulator in the house....the water pressure from the streets has blown out 3 regulators....every 3 years. The sprinkler folks told me about the issue....each year....then I replaced regulators every other year....and yet the streets water pressure is on me not them? Got very confusing when she told me when our home was built in 1986....that the regulator was fine! So the water company takes no responsibility for the damages it causes your home...they take all of our money happily each month...making billions of dollars...and yet is folks retired and on SSN disability have to pay for the city upgrade. I saw a class action was started...never finished..I am going to pick up the ball ..go door to door in my area and around....I will make up flyers and post on doors. Now the rich water company can either take this responsibility as we call and tell them of the issues or we go class action lawsuit and have every home in all area have to get replaced on your dime....you can play stupid if you want....holding folks libal for a street valve put in when the home was built and then put it on the homeowners! They must have billions in vacations and boats....just like the Russians. I seved 21 years as enlisted in the army....100% disabled from my duties..... I fought for all the rich to get richer while earning poverty pay ...I get a poverty disability check, poverty SSN disability because...I worked a poverty job to protect the USA against enemies.... I just did not realize how many enemies a person has when they are on poverty pay. So as the water company takes our money and pays nothing into the value.....let it be known....as of now....I am going door to door to make folks angry.... explain the situation...and get a great class action started You are not Russian....you are Americans...start acting like it....we have enough of you rich folks screwing us daily ..we can stop this one D Scalf

Water is expensive in the West. It should be. The folks at ECCV have always been fair and accurate when I have worked with them over the past 20 years.

The fees alone are expensive and we still have a water cooler because my whole family does not like the taste. We had Aurora water before. Our bills were much cheaper and we could drink directly from the faucet.

These private company water providers need to be elimated and the city/county should take over.... ECCV charges $67 a month in fees/fixed costs before they start charging for usage. Even if you have zero water usage, you will still be charged $64 just to have an account. When you ask about the high prices, they will tell you their rates are in line with other private water suppliers... meaning they are all equally too high. This is a perfect example of the problems with monopolies.
