I was the first to line up and sign in. I sat for three hours and was overlooked. People who came in two hours after I did got jobs right away. I've had nothing but excellent reviews by employers so I don't know why.

I just started working again for MTS after 2 years of Coronavirus pandemic but new location next too aurora municipal building on Alameda nice location definitely better spot for MTS then off 6th avenue! But Carla, Daisy, and new guy josh are very helpful and are amazing they do an Excellent job every day. THANKS MTS!

I work on and off for this company. I cannot speak about the clientele side. It's day labor. That is important to know. It's good if you need something in-between, or don't want a "traditional" job. As with almost any day labor company, the jobs may not be as "nice" as a "traditional" job. I gained many skills. The jobs are generally blue collar, such as construction, or flagging. It all depends upon what location you're scheduled to work at, that determines how it is for you. Expect physical labor, so some may consider it too "hard." However it's not that bad, but it does require some physical dexterity. The clients they serve generally teach enough to do the jobs, although hands on experience helps, but not necessary. I have been sent out everyday I went there. That's the trend for people who go. The main except is people who do stuff to be of concern, but as long as you do your best, and work efficiently, you should be fine. They provide rides to and fro, rather other workers, or staff there. They don't charge. That's advantage. More could be said, but don't want to make too long. I am just giving a basic assessment, so people can learn. Regardless it's been productive working there, although more of a temporary transition for myself, and additional income.
