This place is a joke ever since Covid started my mother told me that Cannaberry was no longer letting anybody in the facility or anybody out of the facility for visits overnights etc. now last night one of these Cannaberry nurses called me and told me my mother has Covid now I’m wondering how does she get it if you’re not letting her in or out that’s why she didn’t come to my house for Thanksgiving!!!! Ohh and Open 24 seven don’t think so I’ve been calling all night long trying to get a update on my mother call Cannaberry nobody answers nobody’s at the office nobody’s watching over your loved ones obviously if they’re not answering the phones they’re not looking over your loved ones!!!

Horrible! Unresponsive staff. Let 7 voice mails with no response, then i left a note & finally received a response. After going through the intake process & being accepted, we show up on move in day only to find out that now there is no room. Beyond irritating experience!
