This is a beautiful spot to hike there's plenty of hiking trails throughout this park they do have a little Beach area but the water has a lot of lily pads and is very mucky. They do have a pavilion here and also porta potties this is a great place to have a picnic cookout or get together with family this is my first time here and I already like it I'm going to come back to check out different trails along the way my dog also loves it here I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you have not already.

Absolutely beautiful hidden gem in Colchester. Went on a Tuesday afternoon with my wife and 4 month old and we were literally the only ones there. Has a beautiful lake with a small buoyed off swimming area with a sandy beach. Nice Pavillion with a really cool huge stone fireplace/chimney oven thing. Hike to the waterfall was good - not too long for a kid in a carrier but unfortunately the water level was low enough that the falls were not really running. Will definitely be back and next time I'm bringing my fishing pole.

Your basic lake fish. Trout, bass, pickeral, blue gills ECT. I don't think they stock salmon or walleye . But best to consult D. E. E. P. Fishing rule book it has a list of all fish and rules
