I had the best impression of the place that was my home from 2018 until it was time to leave when I received the notification that the $1500 that I gave as a deposit would only return $340. Arguing that for having notified a few days late of the date they charged part of the rent for the following month, we had left plus internet service (which I went to cancel before I left and even so I They charged them, they charged me utilities even when I was no longer in the apartments. By the way, the $340 that according to what they would return to me, I have not received either. I am really disappointed.

I do not live here and cannot review most aspects of the complex, however, I did have a great experience from one of the front office employees and am doing this review in response. Shandra Taylor was super nice, friendly, and helpful. She offered cold water to my dog and I on a hot day. She also took time from what she was doing to give my dog a treat, even knowing I was not there to become a new resident. I was walking in the area and needed to use a restroom, so I stopped in the front office. The main building was clean and well kept, including the workout area. The complex grounds also appeared to be well maintained. My first impression was that these were nicer than your average apartments in the area. They are also close to several transportation hubs: light rail station, bus station/RTD, as well as several walking/biking trails. The complex is also pet friendly because I saw several residents with dogs. Thanks for going out of your way to make our day better, Shandra!!

We have lived here for about 5 years and never has the pool the hot tub every been so warm and clean the flowers all over nothe property look beautiful. The new manager is doing a wonderful job. Thank you the maint. did a great job, got us a fridge dishwasher thank you .

I put my request in on September 6 but 2 days later went back to the office because nothing was done... When I first moved in it was 3 hr turn around to be fixed.so Charles put in my request again in the 5 days I waited for my tub to be declogged I fixed it myself. I noticed the hot water heater was turned up to 3 dangerous if it blows up its on the complex... terrible service and they raise the rent ...
