Draw money out of my bank without a notice after I made the decision to not continue the membership. Service attitude is worse than your imagination. “Go and call this number.”... The number can only help to cancel the membership...which costs even more. If I can give a lower score than one star, I will give - 5 star.

It's an alright gym. -The weightlifting section is usually packed, causing ppl to take over other machines that has a bench but is meant for other exercises(ie-rope pulling). There are also lots of ppl that occupy machines for long periods of time while texting and sending selfie while taking 5min breaks between each set. They are not even trying. If you rotate sets to machines like I do, high occupancy is just terrible. -+Treadmill is probably the best area to be at because most of the weightlifters don't do leg day. They have a lot of treadmills, but there are 4 particular ones that are really good especially if you like to go hard, but unfortunately they are right next to the men's locker room so if somebody drops a nasty bomb in the restroom, you can smell it!!! Not often but when it smells, it smells... Another problem is that it can get really hot because the air can get stagnate during summer. -+ The padding area is alright. Sometimes its empty and sometimes packed. If you're doing calisthenics then expect short elbow rooms at times. -- there's a movie room for cardio ppl too, but its always dark and the movies are not your choice... so its usually empty and a waste of space. There's also a peloton room but its never open so that's a waste of space. +There's a cool small ring for boxing and wrestling, and there's a couple of punching bags as well! Its cool to watch ppl train at times. There's a room you can dance in but there's usually ppl in there. -The classes there are really just for casuals. The place is very casual friendly so if you're casual its a great place. When the gym is half full, the place is actually pretty good. There's some ppl that are very fit so if you're a physiques enthusiast you might feel at home. All the HIT athletes are gone.

Extremely nice facility. Very well maintained, located inside the mall. Only knock would be its always pretty crowded and its not 24hrs. Overall still a good experience

I like to park on the first floor in garage because of shade.
Depends, can range from $30-40 depending if they have promos..always wait for promos, sometimes they have a promo with no money down, or installation fee, whatever they call it. Money down in my opinion is a lot
