There is no family room in the gym, many parents bring their young kids to swim, it happens sometimes, a father taking his 9-year-old daughter into the male restroom, a mother taking her 4-year-old son into the female restroom, while there are other people showing with no clothes on walking around, so embarrassing scene, These parents are too selfish and disrespect others also being bad example to their kids. Management please post something to let those parents know it is a violation. Don’t bring their children into other gender’s restrooms.

Front desk is friendly. The atmosphere is nice, not too busy and good equipment for any workout. If you are looking for training ask for Garrick or Devon. They are very knowledgeable and showed me a regiment that is fun and efficient.

Don't know how to cancel memberships, and "Sales Team" have little to no knowledge on how to reactivate memberships via insurance. I visited another location (in Pasadena), and the issue was resolved in minutes. Had the sales person looked into it or cared, they could have easily figured it out. My wife wanted to cancel a membership, as it's now offered via insurance, and staff said you have to mail in a cancellation form (lies...I was able to cancel my membership earlier at Pasadena location, not via mail). Staff need to me consistent on training amoung other locations. If this is your go-to location, it's fine for what it is, but the staff are not knowledgeable as other locations.

As a life long member of LA Fitness and as someone who has been to the various LA Fitnesses throughout San Gabriel Valley... LA Fitness Arcadia is exceptional place to work out in. Upon arriving the Front Desk Manager Francesca greets you with a warm smile and the health questionaire is easy to read and straight forward. The entire club is clean from top to bottom. The tread mills are clean and are safely spaced out to allow guests to use them and TVs are in excellent working condition. Downstairs the free weights and weight machines are in excellent working condition and the gym members are excited to be back as i am also. Equipment is clean and entire staff from Francesca to the other LA Fitness Employees are pro active in their walking around making sure we are all following Covid Guidelines. Dissapointed when LA Fitness closed last year but thrilled once again LA Fitness is open. Plenty of parking is available... great work to entire staff.
