I’ve been coming here for about 2 months now. The experience has been great so far. Their exercises are different everyday, so I feel that I am constantly learning new things. Also what makes this gym different is that their coaches put a lot of emphasis on nutrition as much as workouts. They also customize plans for each member. I got a lot of mind-blowing nutrition advice from my coach, which benefits me personally a lot. The coaches are also very responsible. My coach checks in with me every week to ensure both my diet and workout are on the right track. Overall I highly recommend this gym to everyone!

Eric and his team runs a very professional, yet fun Crossfit gym. Eric is very passionate about bringing out the best out of everyone and I would highly recommend Reason to anyone that is looking for something new to try.

I've been a member of Crossfit Reason for a little more than a year. In that year, I've rehabbed my torn hamstring, gained a lot of strength, especially in the upper body, gained chest to bar pull ups, met some incredibly kind people, and learned what being part of a community is all about. What makes Crossfit Reason most valuable to me, personally, is the owner's tireless effort to cultivate its core values - authenticity, integrity, and excellence. He really tries to embody these qualities in all areas of his life, and it shows in his community.

Love this gym... being 40+ I appreciate great coaching... coaching that takes into account our strengths and weaknesses, pushes us to do things I never thought I could do... with great people!!!! Update: now I’m still 40+ and being at CrossFit Reason has been one of the greatest blessings! I love the 8 am and 9 am class! They are encouraging and yet push me to do new things!

There are crash pads when you need to dump your weights so yes you can drop your bar. There is plenty of music. I think the early early AM classes tone it down a little bit i'm not sure.
Sorry no. This place is for personal fitness and not self defense.
