Received a call today around 4:30PM from this location and was asked for a person that is not me nor do I recognize. I promptly told the caller that I believe they had the wrong number and caller hung up abruptly without explanation or apology. Rude.

I was waiting in the Arcadia office over 30 min I got greeted gave my info to front desk I was on time everyone passed me seen me waiting and kept saying the Doctor will be right with me . 10 people pass in front I waited until I went to the front desk for the 2nd time and told her what’s going on she apologized and realized I was not scheduled for that location very bad customer service if it wasn’t for my self checking in with front desk no one would of notice me very upset and feel unrecognized I am a senior I feel this is unprofessional.

So very happy I found them and Dr. Jihanian. Everyone at this office was so friendly. Dermatology visits are always nerve wracking since I'm so fair skinned but Dr. Jihanian made me comfortable at once. The visit was the most thorough skin exam I have ever had and made me feel very confident that she would catch anything suspicious, even between my toes! Even though I had 7 spots treated different ways, I still left smiling and feeling fine. I highly recommend Dr. Jihanian, especially if you are nervous or it's your first time seeing a Dermatologist.

Karina in Dr. Lees office is great. It's very hard these days to get someone to follow up with you. We needed something resolved through insurance and she totally took care of the situation. Much appreciated! Great employee.
