FIRST OF ALL DONT RENT HERE, THERES OTHER PLACES YOU CAN RENT AT. MANAGEMENT IS REALLY LAZY BUT LOVES TO OVERCHARGE YOU FOR UNNECESSARY FEES. NOT ONLY THAT, KIDS ARE RUNNING EVERYWHERE AT MIDNIGHT, THERES ALWAYS A WATER ISSUE HERE. RIGHT NOW IM EXPERIENCING THAT WE RUN OUT OF HOT WATER, ITS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR THE PAST TWO WEEKS. THE WATER PRESSURE IS HORRIBLE, AND THEY WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT UNTIL DAYS LATER! READ THE BAD REVIEWS FIRST!
