The guy who I believe is the owner is actually pretty nice but the guy he works with is beyond disrespectful. I was waiting to speak to the owner and the man asked if I was there to sign off on a date, he asked what date and when I told him he checked to see if it was open and said okay he’ll be with you shortly. I waited over and hour just for the owner fo tell me that the guy actually gave my date away. Mind you the owner and I had previously talked about me coming in today to sign off for that date. This was just disrespectful because he could’ve just told me that instead of making me wait. They lack communication with other which is extremely problematic because one will save a date and the other will give it to someone else which is just rude and could prevented if they talked. The owner could’ve at least took responsibility for his mistake and took accountability for not communicating with his fellow worker and also should’ve told the man that he was wrong but instead they gaslighted me and tried to make it look like our fault. Wasted my time and I wasted my energy trying to argue with them.God help these people.

I love the place but the person on the mic talks too much and honestly is annoying. I get he’s trying the get the people on time but like he needs to chill tf out!! On top of that he’s being rude and started yelling at the Damas and chambalanes :|

I don’t know what these people are talking about because I’ve personally dealt with the owner and he was always very professional and respectful. And the decorations were even better. The entire staff was a pleasure to deal with.
