They are very helpful with electronic repair, I would check with them first as when I had an issue with my phone the gentleman didn't have the part in stock but intelligently guided me in the right direction and I was able to resolve my issue within an hour. So I would say they are very knowledgeable in electronics and they don't BS, if it's something they can't repair they happily direct you where to go so you don't get screwed around. The Note 9 screen assembly repair is currently $359.99. We use a brand new original front assembly which includes the sealed metal frame, but the back glass gets transferred over from your device so I would not be able to guarantee 100% ip68 rating. We do use all the original seals and reheat and press to oem spec but have no way to test for confirmation.
