If I could give them no stars I would. Took a generator in in May. Got it back yesterday with the same issue it went in with. Which is under warranty. When we would call to check on it we would be told either they haven't gotten to it, mechanic isn't in today or can't get in touch for 3months. Now we have a generator that they "said they fixed" that doesn't work. Nothing but lies from this company. Take your equipment to a northern shop. Stay away from this place.

There is a guy that works there at Specialty Services, that will come to your house & pick it up, fix it or even pick it up for you. Even cuts grass for a second job. Ik this, bc he's my fiance. Ask for Wesley.
They are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:30 and closed for lunch from 1:00 to 2:00
If we have them.. right now we do not have any used equipment for sale.
