This is the second time we were let down by Marco’s. We used to love it, it was our favorite place to get dinner for pizza night. But the last two times we’ve gone we’ve had order issues, customer services issues from Cashier all the way up to the Manager. We were offered a refunded, that was never given. We tried it again recently hoping it was just a bad day, but yet again things just weren’t up to par. We were quite disappointed.

This is my second bad experience with the same cashier . He took my money for my purchase and immediately went to prepare food without washing hands. And when I said something to the guy who looks as if he was the manager he just said to put gloves on and the went back in his phone , no corrective measures were discussed with the employee, like they working out of their kitchen at home. Corporate phone called placed and email also, sent. Health inspector please just go visit as a customer, not a inspection visit and see what I saw.
