We purchased two identical trailers over a month ago and while pulling them (empty) to our shop one of the tires rubbed causing damage to the tire and fender. Several other issues were identified including poor fitup and welding - similar to that noted in other reviews. Bottle racks partially welded and pieced together. These issues have rendered the trailers unusable. Contacted the manufacturer within a few days and have yet to receive resolution on these issues and several others noted. Over a month now and cannot get a resolution. **Update: Warranty department came to site and repaired one of the trailers. Very happy with the two gentlemen who made the repairs. The second was unavailable due to location. Still trying to contact warranty department to get a response as to when major repairs to the other trailer will be made. Trailer still unusable.

Trailer was delivered to me with loads of damage and poor workmanship. Many items ordered on my custom trailer were just not installed. Three months of broken promises and now it's my expense to bring the trailer back to have the careless people try again. Can't wait to see what goes wrong after actually using it... I can barely get them to return a phone call. Now I have to take legal action. Easy win, just a pain that I have to go through it on a brand new trailer.

Avoid at all costs. Please read if you are considering buying a trailer. *They do not respond to their warranty guarantee* I purchased a brand new 2021 concession trailer and had it custom built and we have had more problems than I could ever imagine. I want to start off by saying, this trailer for the one season it was stored while not in use it was stored in a climate controlled covered facility. It was constructed and finished in May of 2021 and by July of 2021, we had 2 MAJOR roof leaks at the first site of rain that needed immediate attention. We reached out to Freedom Trailers and received no response. The deep fryer was not installed to the floor correctly and is off balance so they put a piece of metal on one side so it doesn't shake as bad. Fast forward to this summer, we have had to pay $1,000 to have the Fire Suppression system REINSTALLED CORRECTLY after we initially paid Freedom Trailers $5,000 to install it. Sooner after being in operation for one month, our sinks developed a massive leak due to also being installed incorrectly. The certified plumber we had come fix the problem said he had never seen such poor workmanship in a brand new truck. The entire sink had to be gutted and redone. Not to mention the had to install supports under the sink because it was bowing because it did not come with supports in the middle of the sink. This was another $2,000. Please see all pictures of the problems that we have had. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you are thinking of buying from them. They do not return your calls for the "warranty". So much money down the drain.

for 3 months I have been trying to contact the emails you indicated, no one answered, how does your guarantee work? do you reply after 5 years to the message when it has already expired?
