Masks are required and social distancing is enforced in the store. There are plexiglass shields between you and the cashier at checkout too. Didn't see any sanitation stations or procedures for the shopping cart but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

I have seen thai basil. I'm not sure that it's always available though. I think it may be somewhat seasonal. It's basil with purplish stems and veins.

Sushi grade fish is fresh and has been inspected. Then the fish is frozen to a very low temp to kill any parasites. This is the requirement for commercially served sushi in the U.S. That being said, fresh fish that has been inspected should be okay for home use if the source is a reputable one.

Currently, on the far right of the store, there is an entire isle dedicated to herbal teas! Both loose leaf and bags!
