Someone is there, running the place, the phones have been out of order for 2weeks. Nice people running things. Helpful and secure facility.

Bad customer service they never answer the phone or return your calls. Also you see people living there at the storage units blocking your way to your storage unit with there vehicle's all the time. And when they have to move there car out of the way they get frustrated.

This place is trash. The lady on site never answers the phone. I got there early on Saturday to return a truck, way before closing. Monday I got charged with a $20 Late Service Fee. How was I late when I got a reservation for 2 days and returned the very same day I checked out the truck. And got there before 5PM? I called 8 times and she doesnt answer.

Hi Jessie Vandehei, the storage place is still open!! They are having problems with the phones for several weeks now. We had to go there, they are open and taking care of the place. Hope this helps you 🙂
