Questions & Answers

So when did they change the name of the storage company? Went to pay my rent online with AZ Storage Inns like usual and found that location no longer on their map. Never heard about a change and haven't been by there for over a month.

I have rented N17 for nearly a year without any issues. I pay my rent quarterly. I stopped by earlier in the month and was told you were not set up for credit card payments. I am leaving town this week and this is my last chance to pay.

Went there at 1000 am and the sign on door said they would return at 900 am. Then stopped by around lunch and they were super busy. Left and came back around 300 pm and the sign said be back at 400 pm. There were several people waiting around trying to call to find out what the problem. I am not looking forward to new owners. Last managers were always there and the new owners gave them 2 or 3 days notice.
