Call and ask. According to the Governor, I believe car lots are not to be open. Only for repairs
Keep in mind we do not get snow here in southern PA anymore. If you want confidence to an extreme I use hankook snow tires and switch between summer and winter tires. I travel a lot of miles and the extra insurance of snow tires gives my family a sense of relief. Jeremy in parts knows his selection of snows.
They'll schedule your appointment, and then the day they pick it up tell you it's anywhere from $50-175. They'll also use all your gas in your car and yell at you when you say something.
The parts counter guys will replace the battery for you and not charge labor if you buy the battery from them.
