Oxford Manor and their approval company rentcafe would rather have a Disabled Veteran who has subpar credit but makes more than enough money to pay the rent go homeless then give them a chance. I pretty sure that the appeal did not go any further than the rental office. Even after a conversation with the property manager. Who said that he would pass it up the chain. The answer no exceptions for credit. But if I went to landlord tenant court or was a criminal there could be a waiver. Great job team.

Great place to live. I enjoyed the two years I spent there and moved for employment and schooling opportunities outside commuting distance. I recommend living here.

The maintenance was super fast. We posted a maintenance request on the website the other night and they came the day after. Our maintenance guy was Wes and he was super friendly and amicable. He talked to us so nicely while fixing the issue. His behavior made us very comfortable. He knew his work and the issue was fixed.

Just moved in and so far we are loving the space! We rented a 2BR 1BA apartment on the second floor. The unit has big windows that let in plenty of light and provide views of acres of grass and trees as well as the dog park and pools. The appliances are dated but seem in good working order. The carpet is brand new and the paint colors make it feel like home (none of that boring white or beige!) We had an issue with the bathtub faucet that was fixed immediately and I have to say that the entire staff has gone out of their way to make us feel welcome. Lastly, this is one of the cleanest and quietest complexes we've ever lived in. Of course, we've only been here a couple of days, so these are all first impressions, but I'll post here if anything changes! ;-)
