Where do I start? My mother is charged over $5000 per month and has to find staff to help her put on compression stockings. She has incontinence and no one helps her with changing pull-ups. She has gone 10 days without getting assistance with showering! Staff wearing contaminated PPE came into her room and 2 weeks later (big surprise) she was positive for COVID. There is NO assistance in this assisted living! Tonight we are at the emergency room because she got food poisoning from this place!

Yes the have independent wing and assisted living wing. My parents are very happy there. They have a lot of activities and social gatherings.
