Bad service they treated us bad

My daughter went in to purchase food and they acted like they didn’t speak or understand any english. Or that they didn’t know what was on their menu. So while my daughter is still trying to get an order in. They completely ignored her and moved on to another customer. She had me on face time and I know for a fact they speak english because I went in there 3 wks ago and the same women up front took my order. So I proceeded to call on the phone to place my order and received the same rude service. She said she didn’t speak english but answered my questions when I spoke to her in english. Then proceeded to hang up on me. Not only will I be writing a review on here. I will be also filing a complaint with the BBB. Now don’t get me wrong if I spoke fluent spanish ( which I’m trying to learn) then I would have just done that. And if I knew for a fact they didn’t know any english. That wouldn’t have been a problem either, but the fact that I know they understand it. Is what has me absolutely livid of how rude my daughter and I were treated. So they will be hearing from the BBB very soon.
