There are serious gaps in back office operations. It took four weeks to get a pre-authorization submitted and then they sent it to the wrong insurance company. Just contacted customer service and their records do not reflect the fact that that preauth was approved a week ago. This is the second time in two years I've tried to complete this process with this company. This will be my last attempt -- moving elsewhere if they can't get their act together. UPDATE: My consultation was on June 23 and I'm still waiting for two prescriptions to be filled (today August 18). I am sick of cleaning the blood from my sheets and pillow case. Calls and texts from the specialty pharmacy and me seem to fall into a black hole. Avoid this medical practice.
