**PLEASE HELP THESE ANIMALS ASAP!!** I do these reviews so ppl know the truth about the stores/establishments that I go too..and honestly this place should be closed down!! 😡 Yesterday I had seen a puppy in there that they had out in the middle of the store in a pen area so customers could see/pet etc...he was so incredibly malnourished, emaciated, and a just a bag of bones!! His rib cage and spine was completely showing...the poor puppy was so hungry he ate his own feces!! Then they had another puppy (I believe a choc.lab pup) in the front display window...he was in there 2wks ago as well...he was so very weak looking, thin and extremely depressed and laying on ripped up papers with no food or water. I only seen teenagers working no adults to supervise them or to tell them how to take care of these animals properly!! This place should NOT be allowed to sell animals of any kind and this place most definitely should be investigated for animal neglect!!

I haven’t been to this mall in a very long time. 10 years. I grew up in Berks county. I was very suprised to see this horrible store still open. I visited a month ago and those poor kittens in the front. There were so many of them shoved in one cage. They barely could move! One was painfully meowing and seemed ill. Just horrible! The price being $150! Still selling these dogs at outrageous prices so they can sit in a cage with no blankets and a wire bottoms. So so sad. I hope those poor kittens found homes.

they abuse the dogs here and get them from puppy mills. do NOT give them your business. Those poor pups are not being treated okay

The animals change out so frequently, the other day a puppy sold within thirty minutes of becoming available, it wouldn't be feasible.
$1500 for Husky
The dog my daughter bought one year ago from this store has thyroid disease. The Yorkie came from a puppy mill in Kansas. Laws need to be changed in every state so pet stores cannot sell puppy mill dogs! So sad in there to see the conditions of the dogs in the cages. How long can a dog occupy a cage before it's deemed not sellable, and then what happens to that dog? Where does it go if the pet store can't sell it?
I don't know the return policy. If you need to, you may turn the dog into the Animal Rescue League in Birdsboro and they will take the dog. They are a no kill shelter.
As far as I am aware, yes. There is paperwork and screenings for all adoptions. But if you are aware of what is needed to care for such pet and you have no records of neglect, you should have no problems adopting from this place.
from what I know all you have to do is ask if they don't at the time and if they have a breeder then they will contact them
they get there pets from puppy mills. probably a cheap price but the emotional and health problems will be horrible.
They do when available. You can try calling to see when they might have some.
Mask mandated
I think so cause i see people with their pets on the store
Some puppies get water bottles because they like to play in their water. The bottle keeps their water sanitary, and from watching the dogs they have no issues getting water out.
They had a litter of kittens there last weekend. They don't often have cats. They are expensive.
