I went there for a follow up for a workman's comp claim. The very first thing I get told is this is not a work related injury. I say to her, if u Google my diagnosis, it most certainly is. Then I tell her I'm still in pain. She then reprimands me for not going to Walmart n buying tighty whiteys (I have a groin injury) I explain to her, the pharmacy wouldn't give me my pain meds that the hospital prescribed. She laughs n says no, why would they? Your already on pain meds. Duh, obviously because this is a painful injury! They I get told even if I'm in pain, I still have to go to work. Umm really? Completely unprofessional. Way to care about your patients. O, I can't forget, she didn't even look at my injury!! My balls are still the size of eggs!!!
