I hadn't been to Wendy's in so long. The app is the worst one ever. I tried my coupon for the free 10piece nuggets, it said it was invalid. It wouldn't take my debit card info or my husband's card. I unloaded the app. We ordered at the window. We got an extra straw, but no spoon for the frosty. I took my 2 grandsons. One of my grandsons is 16 Ordered the biggie bag. The picture is deceiving. The burger looks decent size. It's not. It's the size of a Wendy's Jr. Ordered it with no tomato, and it came plain. My grandson doesn't eat nuggets. Not going back to Wendy's again.

The Sunday evening crew has no idea what’s going on. They tried to send me off with an incomplete order two separate times. They use the wrong lids on the Frostuccino with no explanation which made it hard to carry them. The sandwich was in complete. The wait time was too long for how small the order was. They had me pull forward to save them 10 seconds on their time and wasted mine. The manager was present and seemed unconcerned with how poor the service was. I’m not normally one to write reviews, but the service was unacceptable.

I want to start by saying that this Wendy’s I’ve found to be really hit or miss in the customer service aspect BUT I’m going to rate 5 stars solely because of Todd. Every time I see Todd specifically I get the best customer experience I’ve ever gotten from any fast food chain period. If Wendy’s had some kind of customer service training program or video for its employees, Todd would be in it. If someone who works at this Wendy’s sees this please go thank Todd for doing an excellent job and tell him to keep doing what he’s doing.

Ever since COVID struck, these folks have been overworked and under appreciated. One time we had quite a wait and the guy taking our order apologized because there was only 3 people working. (NOTE, ALL fast food in this area has the same issues.) Unfortunately, this is a political issue causing this problem. Because of that, I cannot fault the management or workers. That day, when I got my order, they goofed up, sorry to say. But I called when I got home and noticed, and the manager comp'd my meal, for which I am very grateful. It wasn't anything major, but he still insisted the next meal was on them. I also like that they have hired some handicapped workers. Some of the front counter ladies gives it her all in spite of her disability. She comes around and visits our table, asks if she can get us anything else. I haven't got that type of service from abled-bodied folks at other place.
