Needs paint & new furniture for the price, not having hot cooked oatmeal now😢, but at least they take google pay & pets, very nice friendly employees, helpful. Bed was comfortable, room very quiet! They do really need to take an old fashioned scrub brush to the bathroom floor, a mop is not going to get it! Granite countertop nice & new.

I typically make 2 trips a year to Albuquerque. I have always stayed here and it's been well taken care of, clean, convenient and everyone so nice and welcoming. The manager kept everything in tip top shape. My first trip after covid has calmed down was this February my first thought was.... do they have new management. It definitely was not as comfortable as it was in the past. The people not nearly as friendly. I'll stay again on my next trip... if it's not better, I'll find somewhere else.

They were super nice. Bed was super comfy but I had to take off a couple stars for cleanliness. Even tho it is dog friendly I noticed the floor was not vacuumed and the furniture hadn't been wiped. There was a layer of dust and what looked like the leftovers of the last tenant. Just because things from a distance look clean does not mean it has been cleaned. At this time during covid we expect a room that was over 100 dollars to at least be sanitized and vacuumed..at least wipe everything down with bleach..also my dog found every spot that a previous dog had peed on and it was never wiped or cleaned.. make sure cleaning staff actually cleans top to bottom..also needs new paint job and newer bathtubs..for the price we pay they should be able to afford fixing it up.

Great for humans and dogs alike! Please try and remember that the service industry has been especially hard hit by the labor shortage. These people had 4 people cleaning over 70 rooms for us weary travelers. But, there was a clean and comfy lobby to wait in, and an enclosed court yard for the dogs. Our room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was hot and there was plenty of coffee. Show your appreciation. Say thank you. Be kind.
