Food delicious Service Horrible!!! This was my 8th visit food was delicious. Service was horrible that’s why I’m giving 2 stars I saw my waiter twice when he took order for appetizers, than again when we ordered our main meal. I had to flag down a bus boy for box. I wanted another 10-15 minutes until I got frustrated and walked to front and told hostess I wanted my check. Unbelievable my waiter hanging out with 2 other waiters laughing.

What a great way to send our friend off to the West Cost . The wait staff was so attentive and the food was worthy of yummies.. yess when you dine here you’ll say that too😜

Food is always great. But service is typically slow, which is a key element you want to see. Sometimes it takes upwards of 10-15 minutes before I'm greeted. People are always polite but wait time is rough

Entrees range from about $10 -$18. It's a BYOB but they sell Virgin Mojito & Sangria by glass or pitcher from about $5 - $10 and desserts are in the $4 -$6 range.

I've never seen anyone bring beer. I'm pretty it's allowed. The only stipulation they have is for "hard liquor " in which they suggest mixing harder alcohol with one of their signature sangrias. I'd say give it a shot. I think you'll be ok.
All employees were wearing masks and they observed proper spacing. Didnt see any safety issues

No more parking lot. It's municipal pay to park now! better off using the pay lock on clairmont it's 20 bucks well worth it

There's parking behind cuban petes or street parking but it can be difficult finding a spot. If all else fails, there's a parking deck right by the restaurants that's very cheap.
Street parking. When i went two weeks ago the were fixing the parking lot behind the restaurant.
No excuse but they get so much business the servers are overworked in my opinion I'm an ex waitress and watching them run around trying to take care of all the customers looks like hell. But I haven't had any bad experiences with the servers myself maybe it was a bad day for him... just saying

There is metered parking in the back. That is where I usually park.

I seriously doubt it; unless your a celebrity; they're not renting out; you maybe b able to have a section for your party but doubt they'd ever b closed to public.. Without they do have a catering menu. Thts another option is u jus love the food
You can get the plain white rice, black beans or brown beans, and fried plaintains.. At least thats what I get and I'm a vegetarian.
Not sure but the coconut rice is awesome...call them and see.

The wait is sometimes 1-2 hours. It's REALLY not worth the long wait because it ends up being longer than what they tell you. The waiters are NOT nice at all. They are ALWAYS rushing you to eat and get out.

parking is a little hectic but jus have patience you will enjoy the restaurant
