The wait is sometimes 1-2 hours. It's REALLY not worth the long wait because it ends up being longer than what they tell you. The waiters are NOT nice at all. They are ALWAYS rushing you to eat and get out.
33 family members attended we were THEIR by 7 seated 40min later out before 10.
I was told that they don't accept reservations. I just don't want to arrive there and get turned down, we wanted it to be a surprise for a party of 18.
The backroom is quite large, Ive had a party of 12 and we were easily accommodated but we also made reservations. Best bet is to call, make reservations and make sure your party is ontime.
Last time I was there I saw a party of 12
As a matter of fact, when I arrived with a party of 17 on Saturday evening, we assumed we would be seated. If they're crowded, your chances of being seated is small, or you will have a long wait. The owner recommended an Italian restaurant nearby, owned by his brother, but by the time we decided to take him up on his offer, his brother's restaurant became too crowded to seat us. We ended up taking the food out from Cubans Pete, and took the party home. We were there to celebrate my nephew's last day before going off to the Army.
You should speak with them directly to avoid any issues.
