This company is HORRIBLE! Terrible customer service. No updates on the order after you purchase the items. When you call the 1-800 number provided on their website nobody comes on the line. I tried twice and was waiting for 45 minutes each time and nobody came on the line. I then contacted them via email and no response. I then canceled my order and no money refunded yet. Stay away! NO STARS!

I placed my order October 17th and was notified it shipped the 19th. It was expected to be delivered on the 24th. The day came...no package. I track my order and it says it is still in transit and the date moved to the 26th. At that point, I am a bit frustrated but understanding because things happen when packages are getting delivered. Keep in mind, FragranceNet used FedEx to ship my package...a great mistake! A couple days later I check on my order again to see that it was being sent back to the warehouse. Why? No explanation was given when I contacted FedEx (they told me to contact the seller). It was returned to them earlier today (October 27th) and I tried contacting them to see if they could try to mail my order to me again. I called them MANY times throughout the entire day and was left on hold for an ungodly amount of time. No one ever answered. I emailed them a couple times, to which they sent me an automated email stating that the package was returned to them because the CUSTOMER (me) never picked it up. How am I to pick up a package that never even reached my city? Yes, I was refunded but I still wanted the perfume I ordered since it was recently discontinued (obviously it was in stock when I placed the order). Not to mention the email they sent me was sent at the end of their work day because when I tried to call them one last time MINUTES AFTER the email was sent, the automated message said that their office was closed. To anyone that tries to order something from this website, BEWARE!! Because God forbid you run into an issue, they will not answer their phones or email you back until the last second and you better hope you get your money back.

do not order from this place if you need the product within 10 days. 5 days have passed and no move. their explanation is "it is shipped but in transit to shipping carrier". processing order in 2 days is acceptable. but it takes more than 3 days to reach shipping carrier from their location if you believe it.

I have made an expedited order with extra payment to receive it on the next business day , and here we are, more than 2.5 days without delivery! It was supposed to be a gift as I am traveling abroad but nothing yet! 2.5 days, I just received a notification that the package was delivered in the mail room but again there is nothing! Disappointing … The problem was fixed the following morning! But late …

Hi Leon, I have placed three orders from Fragrance net. All my products have reached me by 2 or 3 days delay. But for sure you will be getting them. Mostly it's holiday time running, even from other delivery services it's taking time. Have a great Year ahead.
