Thr buffet selection is limited on vegan options. It is a meat based restaurant. I would say you're going to be paying a lot for mediocre buffet, as the main point of this restaurant is that its a steakhouse.

Your temperature is taken at the door. You wear a mask until you get to your designated table. Instead of an open buffet, you scan a code and pick your buffet options that are bright to your table. All staff wear masks at all times

$39 per person for the buffet plus all the meats. Drinks and dessert is extra. Thry do have grilled pineapple which is basically a dessert

Reservations only for really large groups. It's a very big place usually seats are available for avarage size crowds. Call ahead to be sure.

There are about 9 different cuts of beef, plus chicken and pork (one or both wrapped in bacon). At any rate, I prefer being served less variety, if for instance, one or more of the regular cuts isn't the best on a particular day. Between quantity and quality, I choose the latter

I go here at least once a month and I will say this; you won't get as large a variety of things to choose from during slower times. They do about 70% of the meats, and the same for the hot items at the salad bar. You will also probably wait longer for the things you want to come around to your table since there are far fewer servers, and fewer items cooking at a given time.
