We went around 3pm and had to show our vaccination cards.

To my surprise, we weren't asked for any vaccination proof at all now I went around 5 pm; maybe they were just setting up for the night rush maybe that's why we weren't asked for proof.

Yes, like every other restaurant in NY they require proof of vaccination upon entrance

You need to be fully vaccinated to be seated. Vaccination card or NYS excelsior pass wallet app can be used.
