My daughter and I moved in almost a week ago. The staff Crystal and Tyler worked so gently with us since we had moved 200 miles away from family. The apartments are so gorgeous and so well insulated. We have a dog and a cat and they have already become very happy with our new home. All the amenities and the beautiful lake. People are so friendly. I do not regret this move at all. I feel very comfortable saying this is my new home!!

I would highly reccomend Aventura for your next residence in Hendersonville, TN. The neighborhood is very walkable, shops and restaurants close by, beautiful greenway for taking an evening stroll or just for exercise. We enjoyed it so much we chose it again after moving back to Tennessee. The leasing agents are helpful and accommodating, especially Tyler Loyd, who made our out-of-town transition seamless. I would definitely recommend checking it out!!

It saddens me to have to be so blunt in a review but this is for anyone thinking about moving into Aventura at Indian Lakes. I myself am not a resident, I am the boyfriend of a past resident. My girlfriend (Cayla) signed a lease with this property, only to find the apartment far from move in ready. I have been in the multifamily housing business on the maintenance end for multiple properties in the Greater Nashville area for 5 years, 2 as a supervisor. This was far from acceptable. The apartment was smoked in, heavily!! In this industry, when that happens, there is a lot that HAS to be done. Carpet and pad replacement, priming and painting from floor to ceiling, coil and ductwork cleaned are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to making ready a smoked in apartment. The leasing agent Tyler acknowledged that he did not inspect this unit making sure it was move in ready, and also admitted that much more should have been done before leasing it. He gave us the community manager (Lisa Dodd) contact info. We contacted her to break the lease seeing as how it was only a month and after multiple complaints about the smell, nothing was done. Unfortunately, she was no help. Instead, charged Cayla 2 months rent to break her lease. This would be customary if the lease was being broken for any reason given by the resident. Seeing as how this was the property's negligence, it's completely unacceptable. I have pictures and text messages from Tyler confirming everything in this review. If your maintenance doesn't know how to properly turn a unit, contact me directly, I'd be glad to teach them. And if Lisa needs to know how to be a good community manager, I've got a few people I could refer her to! Please do your research before signing that lease!
