The apartments appear nice at first but it's actually pretty fake and in no way do you get what you are paying for. They will also nickle and dime you at every turn they can. In the year my wife and I lived there we saw a fire in one apartment (months afterward the apartment that caught fire was still in shambles), siding from the roof was constantly falling off with much of it left in trees, a field or just the sidewalk. We had broken glass in our hallway leading into our apartment for a month that was caused by their own maintenance taking out carpet from another apartment. We had to clean that ourselves. There was flooding in an apartment next to us too. There was always glass, random food and trash on the sidewalks so good luck walking your dog. The trash compactor was always full on the weekends and the lights in the parking lots were consistently out. Oh and we had a cockroach 2 weeks after we moved in. Just find a different place and don't be fooled by the facade.

I’ve had an extremely poor experience here. I won’t ever live at an MAA property for as long as I live. I pay all this money in rent for lack of maintenance. Pest control only comes out if you hassle enough and put enough work orders in. The front office staff acts rude and entitled and are some of the most unpleasant people I have ever dealt with. The pools weren’t open very quickly which would be fine but the rent is too high to not have what you are paying for. Good luck getting your security deposit back, it won’t happen. I would seriously find another place to live. Even if it’s more expensive cause it will save you in the long run. UNLESS YOU CANT FIND ANYWHERE TO LIVE, DO NOT COME HERE.
