I lived at the Grove for 3 years. 2016-2019. Overall, I really enjoyed living here! I only left because I bought a home. My visitors were always surprised to see how much space and storage my one bedroom apartment had. The garden tub in the bathroom was another nice feature. I was fortunate to have fairly quiet neighbors during most of my stay, so noise wasn’t a major concern. The pool area was very nice. Any time I had maintenance issues, they were resolved in a timely fashion. The office people were always nice and professional, though they were rather slow to respond to emails. Pro tip: don't email them, just call when you have issues. They hosted community parties all of the time, so if that’s your thing, I highly recommend this place. I strongly disliked the considerably overpriced water/trash/sewage provider. I didn’t like that you couldn’t opt out of the valet waste that was $25/month. The valet waste company employees frequently failed to do their job. But many apartments in this area mandate valet waste so good luck with that. The exit gate malfunctioned frequently throughout my entire 3 year stay. When I left, the population was starting to get a little rowdy. But all in all, I loved living here and would recommend it to someone looking for a rental in Hendersonville.

We lived here for two years. It was a great experience from the signing the contract till the move out day. The territory is very well maintained and become even safer as speed bumps were installed throughout. We had zero issues with the managing office. All our maintenance requests were handled as quick as possible. I would definitely recommend The Grove. Even though it's not super affordable, these apartments worth of every penny.
