If I could give 0 stars I would. I've lived here many years because I have no other choice. I could write a book on how bad this place is. The managers are constantly changing and the place is falling apart. The managers we have now constantly change your rent even though your income has stayed the same.That's just the short story of it. This place is terrible.

The ladies in the office are helpful and professional. I love living here and the maintenance staff address work orders in a timely matter.

This is a great place to move in. Corell and June where very helpful from start to finish. They answer any question you can possibly think of. They are the sweetest people . Not to mention the boss Lady is really a boss lady she rides in a Lexus!

Wessington side does Sumner side doesn't
I believe Wessington is yes, Sumner Estates(connected to it and owned by the same landlords) is not.
No. I hadn't even won disability when I first got offered an apartment years ago. I don't have section 8.
Knox Doss is the middle school. The other schools you can find out through the Sumner County Schools website.
