Maintenance and staff a great improvement over Mathew the former manager .... lived here probably 24 years (one of longest residents) and happiest I've been since Mathew left ... only issue I have is my disability pays once a month and I pay when I get it... but it's late and I can't convince the government to pay me sooner so it's not late an I pay a late fee every month not my fault.... government just works that way....office knows this and it's the main office that makes me incur late fees ... when you are on limited income you don't have enough money to save to get ahead.... either pay late and not get kicked out or go without medication to save to get ahead..... or go without food so I won't be late.... not sure what to do..... lived here long enough you would think corporate office would allow me to be able to pay when government pays me that way no late fees ....but other than that happy with place.l great people on site... but hands are tied on this issue...

The Retreat at Indianlake is Awesome! Me and my husband have lived here since July 31st 2020 and we love it! The staff are all stars! They are doing a wonderful job of keeping the property well maintained! The property manager Cynthia had curbing put on property and had the fences and doors repainted on the units. Stephanie is very sweet and does all she can to help the residents, jamie and darryl are the maintenance crew and they make it a priority to ensure that all maintenance request are completed in a timely manner! It is such a peaceful environment! If you are looking for a peaceful place to live with convenience to shopping and eateries I highly recommend this community! I give 10 out of 10 stars!

Stephanie in the leasing office is so sweet! She has helped me with the process of moving into a one bedroom in November. I’m so excited to be moving in! Great location, cute apartments, nice and renovated! Check it out!

Do not and I mean do not under any circumstances move here! After Mathew left the new replacements are horrible. Although stephie was very nice at first don't let that fool you. The apartments are not worth your money! They also increased studio apartments to 1100-1200 which is not worth the price at all. Maintenance was amazing never had a problem out of them. Lastly they will not refund you for your deposit! I received $34.11 back. $270 for the remaining 8 days in the new month understandable but the $100 cleaning fee plus other fees unnecessary. Hope you all have a good day!
