Great place to work out, personal trainers actually train people and not just stand around. Early morning is the best time to go. They have also added new equipment, even better

Way sub-par to what this place was 5-6 years ago. Dirty, no one cleans their equipment after use, weights un-racked, re-racked in wrong spots. Everything is incredibly cramped. They've tried to cram as much equipment as possible into a small space.

I don't think they have either here. Memorial Blvd in Murfreesboro Gold's has a sauna though.
Not only will they not be extending their hours. But they in fact cut the hours from 24 hrs to scheduled times.monday-thursday they close at 11,Friday and Saturday 10 and Sunday at 8.they cut the hours to save themselves $45 a night for the employee they had been using.you will come to find they have 0 problem ignoring their customers.sad as it is I use golds and love the golds brand.but this ownership team has shown they would assume tell members to go somewhere else as oppose to accommodate them.
If it is the Golds in Hendersonville ask for Jeff the GM. He is a great guy and will help you if he can
