Extremely disappointed! Came here on our last day of the trip after seeing the great reviews. We waited about 20 minutes before anyone even asked us what we’d like to drink! And then when the waiter was finally ready to take our order, he extremely rudely told us they are only serving lunch menu (we were given breakfast menu by the hostess!!). We very politely obliged and my friend right away ordered a sandwich from the lunch menu. I was debating between 2 items and wanted to get a little more info and the waiters recommendation (i also have food restrictions due to health reason). But the waiter was in such a rush (they were NOT busy) and showed NO INTEREST in helping us with any questions! Most restaurants in this town has great customer service. Our first BAD experience in Durango. Will def NOT come back next time we are in town. DO BETTER Lone Spur Cafe.

We’ve eaten at the Lone Spur in Prescott with good results so figured we could do it again- yeah! We arrived for a late lunch and no wait! Sandwich was delicious and the Onion soup was amazing! Service was prompt and friendly although they were short staffed the overall experience was exceptional!

First and foremost....please be kind to the wait staff, in any establishment. They are all short staffed and overworked. Now, we're on a long trip, in 10 days this was hands down our top breakfast. Bless Frances J and this diner. The kitchen staff is awesome also. Homemade strawberry jelly!!! Quality of our meal was top knotch. Frances goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Please stop in and support this finer. Hubby had Ham and Egg Scramble and I had Egg Breakfast. I give a 10 out of 10.

Had a 40 minute wait, but it also was Sunday morning, on Labor Day weekend, with a bike rally in town. I didn't mind, because I got to pop into other shops next door to it. Great atmosphere and music. Breakfast was a good size portion and the coffee was fresh! Considering how busy they were, the food still came out fast. We left at noon and the place was finally slowing down.
