Love this place on the Mancos River. You can walk into town easily. It's a beautiful walk and the town is very quaint.

Very clean, wide spaces, so close to town you can walk to a park, restaurants, and stores. The bathrooms are the nicest I’ve ever seen. They have 2 propane grills near office area that can be used by anyone. There are also table and chairs near office area that can be used by all guest. Individual sites do not have picnic tables. There is a nice laundry room that is open from 8am-8pm.

If you’re looking for an RV park to entertain you don’t come here. This park is in a perfect location, it’s immaculately clean and well managed. Perfect!!!👍👍👍

Beautiful, new, relaxing, clean, well-managed, trees and creek on edge. When my wife developed altitude sickness when we overnighted at Mesa Verde close to 9,000 ft we needed to descend the next night and were so grateful to find Riverwood in nearby Mancos, which town with local art galleries we also really liked! We can't rate it high enough, and the hostess saved our place and came out to greet us without even taking down our names. You can't get this personal experience in a chain park! Made new friends here as well. Left refreshed.
