Very nice campground. We stayed in a 30 amp spot with water. There is a dump station. We were right next to the playground, which was great! The pool and hot tub were refreshing in the heat. Daughter did mention that the pool was cold, but it didn't stop her from staying in for hours. Showers were clean with hot water. There is a large area for dog walking with poo bags provided. Mesa Verde NP entrance is maybe 5 minutes away.

I really liked this place! Kind employees that are chill and helpful, nice updated bathrooms, and you can't get any closer to the National Park! I appreciate the picnic tables and adults-only hot tub (they have one that allows kids too). Be sure to bring leveling blocks as the campground sits on a slope.

WONDERFUL experience!! Super close to Mesa Verde park entrance, which was nice. VERY clean, and cozy atmosphere, nice laundry facilities, extremely clean bathrooms with great water pressure and plenty of hot water, extremely nice owners and employees, very reasonably priced. Would love to come back here. And I will definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area, I honestly can't say enough nice things about this RV park, only wish we could have stayed longer.

Very nice little park. Though not large, it offers nice grounds and amenities of larger RV parks. Our pull through site was ~100 ft long with utilities located just about center, giving you plenty of options for best situating your rig. Gravel sites and fairly level. Everything worked well, including WiFi. Pool, playground, hot tubs, group bbq area, a dirt trail to walk or bike (only about 1/2 mi long but good for walking the dog in the morning), and a nice open area with horseshoe pits but, with its size, it was great for exercising the pup and playing ball. Camp hosts were very nice. Laundry room very clean and priced better than most. This is definitely the place to stay if you want to visit Mesa Verde NP and the surrounding area.
