This is one of our favorite KOAs! The staff helps make it that. Restrooms & showers are always clean. We rented a golf cart for 3 days. Nice pool & kids center. Internet seemed to work fine. Cable TV was messed up by construction going on. Everything else was perfect!

First off the sites are very close to each other , you are basically sitting on you patio feet away from the neighbors sewage and water lines. Not sure why they don’t put barriers in between.the patio table and fire pit could use a little upgrade. The construction of the new addition also a bit of an issue with asphalt smell. Bathrooms could also use a little upgrade but over all clean. Location is good , close too all that Colorado Springs has to offer. The staff is very nice. Over all just ok.

The best feature here is the splash pad. Our family absolutely loved the water on those hot days. I went into the front store once and was treated warmly, the staff was friendly to me. Would love to see a dog amenity / feature so we can bring our fur baby next time. Maybe like a designated trail or track. That would have been cool too for the pedal carts.

First time staying and our family is having so much fun! The staff is great but I have to give Ms.Beverly a 10 out of 10!! She always greets you with a smile and so helpful! She’s amazing with all the kids at the campground and coordinating fun activities, making sure all the children know when the next event is on her own personal time. I wish we could take her with us to our next adventure but because of her and the other great staff we will definitely be back and recommend this KOA to all our friends and family :)

Yes I believe outside visitors are able to use the pool, for a fee. I believe there is a limit on number of visitors allowed.
I think so Best to call them just to confirm
You can buy the day passes at the office when you arrive. They do have a little cafe restaurant that is open during specific times of the day.
Sorry I am not sure, about the monthly rates, I am sure it would be lots cheaper to park your camper at KOA than the high price of a motel room,
I would think so, we camped in one of the cabins. Call them for more info
I heard them giving monthly rates to someone on the phone while I was waiting to check in.
Believe so. Think 30 amp is a choice in electrical box.
I'd say definitely not. Everything imaginable was camping there.
Thanks for info i am truck driver and drove down the road it was on
No they don't
It's available for anyone staying at the KOA. There are several cooking areas and it never seemed crowded.
We just stayed there this past weekend they have heaters in the bedroom and a fireplace that blows heat they also will give you a space heater if you need one temperatures were well below zero and we were very comfortable all weekend hope this helps
You can actually do long-term parking at any point throughout the year. Call the ladies in the front office and see what they have available.
If you want a specific day always best to reserve way in advance. We reserve at a different KOA a year in advance because we know it always fills up. For the rates call or go online
Dont quote me bit i think $49 per night. Its best if you call.
Yes, both restrooms (male and female) have handicap restrooms that include a shower in the stall. These restrooms are located in the playroom hall. There is another set of restrooms that are located at the edge of the camp that we did not use so can't vouch for those ones. There is even a seat available in the stall, but I would advise to bring a towel to cover it with while you shower.
I don't know. I'm guessing they are sold out
Yes there is a pool in the water park..its just past the big play area fpr the kids..its a smaller pool..yes they we heated
They do have fire pits, however, you are limited to Colorado fire rules. Since they are outside of Colorado Springs, you CAN have a fire, but only if the county allows it. Most of last year, many counties had fire bans. You will.need to check before you arrive if El Paso county has a fire ban in effect. Enjoy
Very nice camp ground, yes they have spots for tents. Some of the spots have covers.
On a leash and clean up after them... Possibly a small fee, chexk with camp staff for details...
If I remember correctly it's $68 a night for full pack up $58 for tint has a really nice water park
Call for answers, but they tend to book up very full week in advance
Yes, you can rent one of their cabins for that long, but you will have to call them directly. They may have restrictions on seasons and may have seasonal pricing.
It is only half decent WiFi, don't count on it if you have beyond minimal needs.
We reserved a campsite and had to leave as long as we gave them early notice the morning we left they refunded our fee
