Odd experience: The apartments & location is quite nice but the young lady Kimberley is much of a gossip drama Queen . I don’t think young minded people should be in a place of business as well having any parts in our personal information I had a young man come to me and tell me that the lady( Kimberly ) was telling all the residents business to him and how much everyone owed and who was late on what and who was getting kicked out she even informed them with my current location yes it was off the clock an were all hanging out but there should be no reason you should bring work to a friend type of gathering and tell residents business that is confidential but that is what happens when young minds are involved in adult business PLEASE refrain from telling peoples business to other residents at this location it is not professional

They’re always doing unexpected construction. Gave no real notice for road work but one little flyer that some people didn’t receive. Claimed they emailed out dates but was never received. The day of the construction on the parking lot they towed over 15 cars & residents had to pay $250 to get your car out of pound . The women in the office are very rude & inconsiderate. Every time I go in they never greet you & they always have rude remarks. But the apartment is overall really beautiful. The staffing just makes the apartment unbearable. I will not be resigning a lease .

Horrible customer service. Does not notify of changes rapidly. Laos asphalt and towed more than 25 cars to lay asphalt. Did not notify properly or knock on doors before they towed many vehicles as expressed in this paragraph. Safe gated community, not worth the trouble though.

Very pleased with the office and leasing teams communication and helpful services already. After submitting an application they immediately followed up and clearly instructed what’s needed for upcoming steps. I hope to become a resident here soon and looking forward to these beautiful apartments as well.
