My girlfriend parents rented a skid steer from burns rental. On the way back their trailer blew a tire I called and they told me it was my problem to fix it. I called a tow company to fix since there was NO SPARE TIRE FOR THE TRAILER. The tow truck driver told me the trailer was unsafe and should not be on the road and was not equipt to pull a skid steer of that size. I should have known this when the guy hooking the trailer said the connector was "run over" so the lights wouldnt work but in the companys eyes it was still road safe. Now I'm out money for the rental plus money to fix the tire. Needless to say go to another company to rent your equipment, they are terrible.
