The worst place to buy furniture I bought a dining room they left me a broken chair I paid insurance I called the store I made several claims and they never fixed it the furniture cannot be returned even though you have days after buying it my brother bought some sofas for 5400 dollars and they brought it damaged they do not want to fix it nor do they want to return your money this store is the worst bad customer service you arrive and try to make a claim and nobody wants to help you

We had a defective product from Ashley and they refused the warrant it the manager refused to give us a call back we had to go to the corporate office and still didn't get resolved

They deliver but do not remove. The delivery fee for my sectional and ottoman added around $150 to the bill and they only deliver to Michigan on Thursdays.
Don't know that. I purchased a sofa, dressers and tv stands. They have have big selection of everything.
