Neptune staff was very professional and helpful in helping me choose the service options available to me. Everything was explained thoroughly and all my questions and concerns were answered. I believe it is best to prearrange one's service ahead of time because it's too emotional to setup when a tradegy may strike and your not prepared emotionally at that time to think straight. It is also beneficial to setup ahead financially. I would give Neptune Cremation Services a high rating!
