Alex Butler and Pam Brittain were both excellent to work with after the death of my father. I would highly recommend Midland Cremation for your cremation needs. Pam was thorough and very pleasant and answered every question we had. Alex was fabulous assisting us with all of our needs. His knowledge of everything was very helpful. They were both very respectful and polite.

Very disrespectful place at time of sorrow. These people and Ashley will haunt you the way they conduct their business. I would not recommend these people at all. Their office lady Ashley messed up on my father's death certificate and now my mother is having to take care of her mistakes at this time of sorrow. There were flowers delivered and called us day before services and told my mother to come and get them. When they say flowers are under Midland Cremations. NOT RECOMMENDED!
